Before Brown: Annie tallied 189 goals, 88 assists, 400 draw controls, 260 ground balls, and 94 caused turnovers in four years at Strath Haven High School. She was also the captain of the lacrosse, hockey, and soccer teams. She is a member of the Delaware County Athletes Hall of Fame and a recipient of the Michael Raimo Scholar Athlete Award.

In lacrosse, she was a USA All-American, USA Academic All-American, PASLA All-Academic, PIAA State Runner Up, First Team All-Delco and First Team All-Central. On the soccer field, she was a PIAA State Champion and the Delaware County Player of the Year. In hockey, Annie was a member of the National Championship Runner Up, she was the point leader at the National Championships. The hockey team also won the Central League Championship.
