2024: Appeared in 16 games with 11 starts…Emerged as a key member of the team’s starting lineup down the stretch and seeing time in left field…Batted .326 on the year with a .442 on-base and .558 slugging pct….Scored 11 runs…Added two home runs and seven RBIs…Clubbed his first career home run at Columbia (4/21)…Picked up three hits, including a home run, at Holy Cross (4/30)…Reached base five times with two hits, three walks, and scored three runs in a Senior Day win over Cornell (5/4)…Added three doubles, two runs and scored and an RBI in the season finale against Cornell (5/5).

2023: Made 12 appearances, making four starts…Tallied a hit and a run at New Orleans (3/4).

2022: Appeared in six games for Brown…Tallied two hits in eight at bats…Made his collegiate debut and picked up a hit at Memphis (2/27)…Had a hit and scored a run at URI (4/12).

2021: Team did not compete due to COVID-19.

Before Brown: Played catcher and first base at Mountain View High School … Team captain … Two-time All-League selection … Three-time GSHL Scholar-Athlete selection … National Honor Society … Drum Major for high school band … Three-time State Solo & Ensemble Finalist on saxophone … Also played for the Northwest Futures.

Personal: Son of Sheri and Peter Rooks … hobbies include music and spending time with friends … Plans to concentrate in Engineering.
