2021-22: Rowed with the fifth varsity crew for the spring season … Primarily rowed from the bow seat … Helped the 5V8 take fifth at the 75th Eastern Sprints … Helped the 5V8 take the win and team-sweep over Princeton (Apr. 30) … Rowed with the 5V8 in the win over Northeastern (Apr. 16).

2020-21: Earned IRCA Scholar-Athlete honors … Raced with the third varsity eight in all five races … Helped the third varsity eight place sixth and the Bears finish fifth as a team at the IRA National Championships (May 28-29).

2019-20: Did not compete in the fall season … Spring season canceled due to novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Personal: Lutong “Tim” Zhao is the son of Guifeng Shi and Jianghua Zhao … Serves as a Biophysics research assistant and International Mentoring Program mentor at Brown … Member of the Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society … Double concentrator in Physics and History.
