Field Hockey Hosts Boston University on Friday, Travels to Fairfield on Sunday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown field hockey team (1-1, 0-0 Ivy) will host Boston University (2-2, 0-0 Patriot League on Friday before traveling to Fairfield (2-1, 0-0 CAA) on Sunday.
Scouting Brown
Brown opened its season with a 3-0 loss to then-No. 9 UConn (Sept. 4) and a 4-2 win over Quinnipiac (Sept. 6). The Bears had four different goal scorers in their win over Quinnipiac as Kate Siedem, Kiersten Smith, Mia Karine Myklebust, and Frances Moriniere all found the back of the net. Siedem also had one assist in the win, she leads the Bears with three points so far this season.
Ellie Parker has stopped 10 shots in through the first two contests of the season.
Scouting Boston University
The Terriers' two victories this season have come in a 7-2 triumph over Merrimack (Aug. 28), and a 5-1 win over Dartmouth (Sept. 6).
Lucy Johnson has a team-high five goals through four games, she also has a team-high 10 points. Maddie Hudson's seven points ranks second on the Terriers.
Scouting Fairfield
The Stags are 2-1 on the young season and are outscoring their opponents 12-2 through the first three games of the season. Fairfield picked up back-to-back shutout wins over Holy Cross (Aug. 30) and LIU (Sept. 6).
Kylie Corcoran leads the Stags with 10 points.
History
Brown is 4-4-2 all-time against Boston University, the game between the Bears and Terriers last season was canceled due to weather.
Brown is 13-4 all-time against Fairfield.
What's Next
Brown will return to action next weekend when it opens Ivy League play at Yale on Friday, Sept. 18 before hosting Providence on Friday, Sept. 20.
