Women’s Lacrosse Hosts No. 24 Princeton for Crucial Ivy League Clash on Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown women's lacrosse team (7-5, 3-2 Ivy) will host No. 24 Princeton (7-6, 3-2 Ivy) for a crucial Ivy League clash on Saturday, Apr. 18, the opening draw control is scheduled for 12 p.m. at Stevenson-Pincince Field.
Postseason Implications
If the Bears defeat the Tigers, they'll qualify for the Ivy League Tournament for the second-straight season.
Scouting Brown
The Bears will be seeking their fourth consecutive win and their third-straight Ivy League win. At home this season, Brown is a perfect 5-0 and 2-0 against Ivy League opponents.
In its last outing, Brown picked up a 12-9 win over Dartmouth (Apr. 11), Mackenzie Conway made a career-high 13 saves in the win, including six in the fourth quarter to help preserve the victory for the Bears. Caroline Nozzolillo also scored a career-high four goals in the win.
Ruby Sliwkowski has 13 goals and seven assists over the last four games, she ranks in the top 10 in the Ivy League in goals per game (2.56), points per game (4.33), and assists per game (1.75). Conway ranks in the top five of the Ivy League in goals against average (9.31), saves per game (8.83), save percentage (.488), and ground balls per game (2.5).

Haven Dora leads the Ivy League in total assists (41) and assists per game (3.15), she also ranks second in points per game (4.5). Dora was named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.
Jami MacDonald leads the Ivy League in points per game (4.62), Meg Morrisroe is tied for first in goals per game (2.85). Amelia Hughes leads the Ivy League in total saves (141) and saves per game (10.85), she ranks second in save percentage (.502).

Brown is 5-40 all-time against Princeton. The two meetings between Brown and Princeton last season were decided by a combined three goals, the Ivy League Tournament Semifinal last season featured four lead changes.
