Women’s Lacrosse Visits Boston University on Tuesday

BOSTON, Mass. - The Brown women's lacrosse team (2-3, 1-0) will visit Boston University (4-3, 0-1) on Tuesday, Mar. 10, the opening draw control is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Nickerson Field.
Scouting Brown
Mackenzie Conway ranks third in the Ivy League in saves per game (8.80) and save percentage (.467). In Brown's last outing, the freshman stopped nine shots against Cornell.
Over the last three games, Tessie Batchelder has scored eight goals and has accumulated 11 total points. Most recently, Batchelder netted her second-career hat trick and had a career-high five points.
Ruby Sliwkowski's strong start to the season continues as she had one goal and four assists against Cornell. Sliwkowski ranks seventh in the Ivy League in points per game (4.40) and 10th in goals per game (2.60).
Scouting Boston University
The Terriers are 0-1 against Ivy League opponents this season after falling 17-6 at Yale (Feb. 21). Elle Stevenson leads the Terriers in goals this season (18), she is tied for the team lead in points with Tessa Geddes (20).
Boston University has scored double-digit goals in five out of its seven games this season, including in all four victories. In goal, Natalie Alosa has started all seven games and has a .444 save percentage.
History
The Bears are 10-6 all-time against the Terriers. In the last matchup, Brown picked up a 21-9 victory (Mar. 9, 2024).
