Bio
Before Brown: At Noble and Greenough School, Tessie scored 74 goals and accumulated 46 assists. She was All-ISL, All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention, and the Noble and Greenough Offensive Player of the Year as a senior. Noble and Greenough also won four ISL Championships with Tessie on the squad.
Tessie was a member of the American Select 2022 Massachusetts Top Team and the American Select 2022 Massachusetts First All-Tournament Team. An Under Armour 150 Nominee, Tessie also was a Juniors Open Participant, Juniors Open First All-Tournament Team, and a member of the American Select 2023 Top Team. She was invited to stage two of the US National Team Development Program (2023, 2024). A member of the New Balance All-American New England Team and Best in Class Sixes Champion.
Her club team, Mass Elite Club Lacrosse, ranked within the top 10 in the country for three consecutive years while ranking fourth nationally, the program’s best all-time ranking.
An Alpine Skier, Tessie was a six-time All-ISL performer,a six-time ISL Champion and a three-time All-NEPSAC performer.
Why Brown: “I chose Brown because Coach Dowd had an incredible vision for the program and definitely seemed to push the program to new levels. The combination of a place with great academics and a lot of opportunities for creativity, as well as a place where I could continue to grow as an athlete, is exactly what I wanted for my college experience.
