
Sailing Prepares for Three Event Weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown sailing team will continue its spring season this weekend with three events on deck, including one at home.
The No. 2 women's sailing team will travel to Annapolis, Md. to compete in the Jen Harris Team Race, hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy. Racing will take place on both Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m.
The No. 4 open sailing team will compete in the Team Race Invitational in Newport, R.I. hosted by Salve Regina on Saturday. The open team will also host the Wood Trophy Team Race at the Ted Turner '60 Pavilion located at the Edgewood Yacht Club in Cranston, R.I. Sailing will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m. on Sunday.Â
