Women's Water Polo Hosts VMI This Weekend

PROVIDENCE, RI - Brown women's water polo (10-6) hosts VMI (6-5) this Sunday, March 8, at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center at 10 a.m., which will serve as their last home game until April 4.
The contest against the Keydets will be streamed on ESPN+.
Last weekend, the Bears hosted part of the Harvard Invite, ending with a 1-2 record. They picked up their loan win on Sunday, March 1, against LIU (17-6).Â
Aubrie Anderson leads the Bears with 27 goals and 30 assists this season. Alexandra Love (25) and Sofia Flierl (22) also have reached the 20-goal mark this year. A total of 11 Bears have scored double-figure goals this year.Â
Behind Anderson's 30 assists, Emmy Hensley has handed out 18 and Cleo Washer has collected 17.Â
Sarah Decker and Somto Okafo are tied for the team lead with 70 saves each.Â
