Men’s Basketball Travels to Harvard and Dartmouth This Weekend

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Brown men's basketball team (7-14, 1-7) will travel to Harvard (13-9, 6-2) on Friday before heading to Dartmouth (10-11, 4-4) on Saturday.

Scott Cordischi and Russ Tyler '71 will bring you the action for both games live on the Brown Varsity Network, fans can access the Brown Varsity Network via the Brown Bears app, Varsity Network app, or BrownBears.com. Both games will be broadcast live on ESPN+.

Last Time Out
Brown fell 81-69 to Yale in a back-and-forth affair (Feb. 6). Luke Paragon led the way offensively for the Bears with 15 points on 6-11 shooting from the floor. Malcolm Wrisby-Jefferson added 11 points, five rebounds, and four assists in the loss.

Scouting Brown
The Bears lead the ivy League in blocks per game (4.2), field goal percentage defense (42.7), steals per game (7.6), and turnovers forced per game (13.3).

Jeremiah Jenkins leads the Ivy League in total assists (114), assists per game (5.4), total steals (40), and steals per game (1.9). N'famara Dabo leads the Ivy League in total blocks (34) and field goal percentage (63.4). The junior ranks second in the Ivy League in blocks per game (1.6).

Over the last three games, Landon Lewis is averaging 18.7 points and 11.3 rebounds per game.

Scouting Harvard
The Crimson enter the weekend riding a three-game winning streak and own a 7-5 record inside Lavietes Pavilion.

Harvard leads the Ivy League in scoring defense (68.1). It also has three players in the top five of the Ivy League in steals per game in Chandler Pigge (1.6), Ben Eisendrath (1.5), and Robert Hinton (1.3).

Hinton ranks third in the Ivy League in points per game (17.3), Thomas Batties II ranks second in the Ivy League in three-point percentage (49.4),

Scouting Dartmouth
The Big Green enter the weekend after falling 71-58 at home against Harvard in its last outing (Feb. 6), they've lost two-straight games inside Leede Arena.

Brandon Mitchell-Day leads the Ivy League in rebounds per game (9.1), Kareem Thomas ranks fifth in the Ivy League in points per game (17.1).

Connor Amundsen leads the Ivy League in assist/turnover ratio (3.3), and ranks fourth in assists per game (3.9).

History
Brown is 81-109 all-time against Harvard, the Bears fell 69-59 to the Crimson earlier this season. Against Dartmouth, Brown is 84-86 all-time. The Bears fell 77-70 in overtime to the Big Green earlier this season.
