Iginla Wins Second-Straight ECAC Forward of the Week Honor

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's hockey's Jade Iginla was named ECAC Forward of the Week for the second-straight week, the conference announced on Tuesday (Feb. 10).
Iginla led Brown to a 2-0 weekend with wins over St. Lawrence and No. 11 Clarkson, finishing with five points.
The senior started the weekend with an assist against St. Lawrence before closing out the weekend in style. The captain had four points with two goals and two assists in Brown's upset over Clarkson. Against the Golden Knights, Iginla scored her 50th career goal, becoming the 14th Bear to ever reach the mark.
Iginla now has five goals and 10 points in her last four games, including picking up an assist in all four games. She has also finished with three power play goals and two game winners.
