Men's Hockey Takes on Stonehill in Final Non-Conference Game

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown Bears (4-15-0, 3-9-0 ECAC) head to Boston to take on the Stonehill Skyhawks (4-16-2, Independent) in the final non-conference game of the season on Saturday.
Saturday's game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Warrior Ice Arena and will stream on NEC Front Row.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
- The Bears enter the weekend with a 4-15-0 overall record and look to snap a two-game losing streak.
- Brown's offense averages 2.2 goals per game with sophomore Ivan Zadvernyuk leading the team with 10 assists and 13 points. Ryan St. Louis and Ben Poitras lead the squad with six goals apiece.
- Brown's power play clicks at 5.9% (3-51) with Poitras, Zadvernyuk, and Michael Salandra tallying the man-up goals.
- Defensively, Brown allows 3.6 goals per game to rank 53rd nationally.
- Tyler Shea holds a 2.97 goals against average along with a .919 save percentage in 12 starts.
- Brown's penalty kill enters Saturday at 71.2% (47-66).
- Stonehill enters Saturday with a 4-16-2 overall record. The Skyhawks picked up wins over St. Lawrence (Jan. 2) and Sacred Heart (Oct. 18) along with two victories over Alaska Anchorage (Dec. 5 & 6).
