Zupkofska Named to WHCA Goalie of the Year Watch List

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's hockey's Anya Zupkofska was named to the Women's Goalie of the Year Watch List by the Women's Hockey Commissioner's Association, the WHCA announced on Wednesday (Jan. 14).
Zupkofska is one of 31 goaltenders to be announced on the watch list for the award that honors the top female goalie in NCAA Division I hockey.
The sophomore is leading Brown with an 8-4 record, 1.55 goals against average and .938 save percentage. Zupkofska has also earned three shutouts this season.
Zupkofska's goals against average is second in the ECAC and fifth in the NCAA. Her save percentage is third in the ECAC and ninth in the NCAA.
The award will be announced in March during the NCAA Final Four.
