PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown Men's Water Polo is back in action this weekend, hosting the Bruno Invite at home at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center with four pivotal match ups on deck. After a challenging road last weekend, the Bears are looking to bounce back and regain momentum with home pool advantage and strong support from the Brown community.
The tournament kicks off on Saturday, September 20, with the Bears taking on Connecticut College at 1:15 p.m. Brown holds a strong record against the Camels and will aim to open the weekend with energy and focus. Later that day, the team faces a tough test against Pomona-Pitzer at 6:15 p.m. to finish off day one of the tournament.
The action continues Sunday, September 21, with two more critical contests. The first game is at 12:30 p.m. against Chapman. Sunday's finale at 3:30 p.m. against Johns Hopkins will serve as Brown's Mental Health Awareness Game — a meaningful opportunity to bring attention to the importance of mental wellness in athletics and beyond.
Fans are encouraged to pack the stands, especially for Sunday's Mental Health Awareness game. Come support Brown Men's Water Polo as they defend home waters and push to get back on a winning streak.
