Men's Water Polo Splits Their Games for the Final Day of Bruno Classic

Providence, RI, The Men's Water Polo team started day two of the Bruno Classic off strong with a win against Bucknell (19 –11) early Sunday morning.
Ilias Stothart started the Bears' win off with a goal 47 seconds into quarter one and continued to assist the Bears in their win with four goals in total.
Daniel Hadar and Theo Pliner both scored three goals each for the Bears, along with freshman Griffin Tunney scoring his first goal as a Bear in the first quarter of the game.

Though the Bears fell short against Pacific (15-23) in their last game of the weekend, they fought hard all four quarters with eight goals from Ilias Stothart, three from Dominik Balla and two from both Griffin Tunney and Mac Berry.
What's Next?
The Bears are on the road traveling to Fullerton, Calif., for a match against Air Force on Sept. 12 at 4:30 pm.
