LeBlanc Completes Coaching Staff Ahead of 2025-26 Season

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Elizabeth F. Turner '98 Coaching Chair for Women's Basketball Monique LeBlanc has announced the hiring of Logan Hatch as the Bears' new Operations Coordinator, completing her coaching staff for the upcoming season.Â
"I'm very excited with the addition of Logan to our staff," LeBlanc said. "He has great experience in this role, and within the Ivy League. Additionally, I believe his vast skill set and innovative mindset will complement our staff and elevate our program."
Hatch joins Brown after spending the last year and a half on staff at Columbia University as the Assistant Director of Operations for women's basketball. There, he contributed to two consecutive Ivy League Championships, two at-large NCAA Tournament berths, and the program's first March Madness victory.Â
Hatch also spent time at NBC Sports in Digital Commercial Operations where he facilitated live stream operations for the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, and managed advertising content distribution.
The Florence, Ariz. native received his Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University. He later earned his Master of Science in Sports Management from Columbia.
2025-26 BROWN WOMEN'S BASKETBALL COACHING STAFF
Elizabeth F. Turner '98 Coaching Chair for Women's Basketball - Monique LeBlanc
LeBlanc enters the 2025-26 season in her sixth year at the helm. She led the Bears to a 12-15 finish, posting a  6-8 record in conference play last season. The Bears tied with Penn for fourth place in the Ivy League. Under LeBlanc's guidance, Isabella Mauricio and Grace Arnolie became the 24th and 25th players in program history to surpass 1,000 career points respectively. Mauricio also finished her final season with the third-most three-pointers made in program history. Arnolie was named Second Team All-Ivy, marking her third consecutive All-Ivy recognition. In the offseason, Gianna Aiello signed a professional contract with Club Baloncesto Islas Canarias.
Tyler Patch - Assistant Coach
Patch enters his ninth season with the Bears. He served as an assistant coach from 2014-18, before returning for his second stint in 2020. Patch helped guide Isabella Mauricio and Grace Arnolie to successful seasons, with both surpassing 1,000 career points. He also aided Gianna Aiello, who signed a pro contract with Club Baloncesto Islas Canarias.
Jason Pellum - Assistant Coach
Pellum will enter his first season with the Bears in the winter. Pellum comes to Brown after spending the last four years on staff at Boston University, including one season as an assistant coach during the 2024-25 campaign. He joined the Terriers as the team's video coordinator for the 2021-22 season, then spent the next two seasons as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations before being promoted to assistant coach in April 2024. Pellum also served as a video coordinator with the UConn women's basketball team during the 2019-20 season.
Devon Quattrocchi - Assistant Coach
Quattrocchi spent two seasons as the team's Director of Basketball Operations before being promoted to an assistant coach for the 2025-26 season. Prior to Brown, Quattrocchi spent three seasons as the head coach of the women's basketball team at Colby-Sawyer College. She also spent time as an assistant coach at The College of New Jersey.Â
