Alex Finkelstein Ranked No. 123 Nationally in Singles by ITA

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Alex Finkelstein of the Brown men's tennis team has concluded the season ranked the No. 123 singles player in the nation by ITA.
On April 15, Finkelstein was ranked the No. 115 singles player in the nation. He became the first Brown singles performer to be ranked since Dan Hanegby in 2007. The Raynham, Mass. native finished the season with a 17-9 singles mark and a 65.0 winning percentage.
Finkelstein defeated the then-No. 39 ranked Daniel Milavsky of Harvard and had a team-best 15-8 mark against No. 1 opponents. During the season, Finkelstein won six consecutive singles matches.
The Raynham, Mass. native became the second Bear in three seasons to earn Second Team All-Ivy Singles honors, finishing with a 17-10 overall record. He also finished the season with a 7-3 record in his last 10 singles matches.
