Gymnastics Earn 10 All-Conference Honors

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Nine members of the Brown gymnastics teams combined to earn 10 All-Gymnastics East Conference honors, as announced on Wednesday. First Team honorees finished the regular season ranked in the top six in National Qualifying Score in their respective event, while Second Team honorees rank in spots six through 12 (including ties).
The Bears earned six First Team and four Second Team accolades.
First Team

Maya Davis (Bars, Floor)
Liza Marcus (Bars)
Emily Ford (Beam)
Lindsay Van Eyk (Beam)
Second Team
Sophia Dewar (Vault)
Jessica Lin (Beam)
Lindsey Yang (Beam)
Avery Walters (Floor)
As a team, Brown enters this weekend's GEC Championships ranked third in the conference with an NQS of 193.890, good for 56th in the nation. The team's highest-ever end of season placement is 59th, a mark set in both 2022 and 2023. Brown ranks No. 2 on beam entering this weekend and has led the conference on the event in six of the nine weeks throughout the season. The Bears finished second at the Ivy Classic with individual titles from both Ford (beam) and Davis (floor) and earned eight All-Ivy honors.
Brown will conclude team competition this weekend in the GEC Championship's evening session at 6 p.m. All the action will be streamed live on ESPN+.
