
Bears Breakdown: American & George Mason

The Bears are coming off of a pair of defeats against Princeton (36-7) and Penn (37-6). Blake Saito (157), Keegan Rothrock (165), Drew Clearie (174), and Thomas Sandoval (197) were all able to pick up victories over the weekend. Saito, who suffered a lower body injury during his match against Jude Swisher (Penn), is expected to travel with team. As of now, it is unknown if he will compete on Sunday. Jacob Joyce (133), who suffered a head injury before weighing in last weekend, is not expected to compete against American and George Mason.

157 - Blake Saito (9-3, 4-3) or Ethan Mojena (8-7, 0-2) or Nico Romero (2-7, 1-1)
165 - Keegan Rothrock (7-7, 2-4) or Harrison Trahan (8-6, 0-1)
174 - Drew Clearie (5-10, 2-5) or Connor O'Donnell (6-3, 0-0)
184 - #27 Andrew Reall (10-12, 3-3)

Andrew Reall (184) is the only ranked wrestler in FloWrestling's latest national rankings and is coming off of a highly competitive double overtime defeat against #21 Max Hale (Penn). Reall, who is a Freshman, has flashed great potential throughout the season and has been able to compete with some of the best wrestlers in the country.
OPPONENT PREVIEW
The first opponent of the day for Brown is American University. With a 7-8 record on the season, American is coming off of two losses against Drexel (32-6) and Lehigh (36-6) on January 31.

If #32 ranked Will Jarrell (285) gets the nod on Sunday, it will set up a heavyweight battle against Brown's Alex Semenenko (285), who is tied for 6th in the nation in pinfalls.
The second opponent of the day is George Mason. Although the Patriots enter competition with an 11-5 overall record, they are coming off of two losses against Rider (24-12) and Lock Haven (19-17) in their last two contests on January 26 and February 1.
