Monique Lyons and Anya Zupkofska Take Home ECAC Weekly Honors

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's hockey took home two ECAC weekly awards as Monique Lyons was named Forward of the Week and Anya Zupkofska was named Goaltender of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday (Nov. 18).
Lyons tallied her first Forward of the Week award after finishing the weekend with three goals and an assist. The sophomore scored the first goal of the game in Brown's 4-0 win over Dartmouth to start the weekend. In Brown's 4-3 overtime win over Harvard, Lyons had two goals and an assist, including the overtime winner.
Zupkofska earned her first Goaltender of the Week award after going 2-0-0 in net for Brown. The sophomore started the weekend with a 26-save shutout against the Big Green, her third shutout of the year. Against Harvard, Zupkofska finished with 25 saves, giving her a .944 save percentage and 1.45 goals against average in 123:56 minutes of action.
