Cross Country Set to Host Rothenberg Run at Highland Park on Friday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown cross country programs will host the Rothenberg Run this Friday, October 24 at the Mark Coogan XC Course at Highland Park in Attleboro, Mass. The women's three-kilometer race will kick things off at 4:30 p.m., followed by the men's 5K at approximately 5 p.m.

For the Bears, the meet will serve as the final tune up ahead of next weekend's Ivy League Heps Championships. Last weekend, the women took home the ECAC Championship with their first place performance, placing five runners – Nimrit Ahuja, Julia Schriefer, Charlotte Murphy, Olivia Fraga and Ariana Thiel-Hadjilambrinos - in the top 22 overall with each earning All-East honors. On the men's side, Brown took home 12th place at IC4As with Colin Fisher earning All-East honors with his 20th place overall finish.
