
Red-Hot Men's Basketball Visits Yale to Close Regular Season

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – In visiting X/Twitter throughout the week, one theme was consistent; don't let the Bears get hot. Brown (11-17, 7-6 Ivy) enters the regular season finale with the second-longest active win streak in the league at five and takes on first-place (tie) Yale (20-8, 11-2 Ivy) on Saturday at noon in what could be a preview of the 2024 Ivy Madness Semifinals matchup.

IVY MADNESS
The Bears made history on Saturday, and not just Kimo Ferrari's historic 39-point, 10-three-pointers performance. With the blowout victory over Dartmouth, Brown clinched its first-ever spot in Ivy Madness. The Bears know they will play at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 16 as the No. 4 seed.
LEADING THE LEAGUE
Kino Lilly Jr. continues to set the standard in scoring in the Ivy League, averaging 18.1 points per contest. With career marks of 16.0 points per game and a .818 free throw percentage. Lilly Jr. ranks seventh in both statistical categories. His 81 threes this season are the third most in program history.
Nana Owusu-Anane leads with 3.5 offensive rebounds per game, and Kimo Ferrari paces the Ivy with a .494 three-point shooting clip.
4-1 SINCE THE CHANGE
Mike Martin '04 made a change to his starting five, inserting Lyndel Erold and Alexander Lesburt Jr. and the Bears have since gone 3-1 with victories over Cornell, Columbia, Penn and Harvard. Brown also led for the majority of the game at Princeton.
