Women's Hockey Season Comes to a Close in Quarterfinal Round at Colgate

HAMILTON, N.Y. -Â Eighth-seeded Brown women's hockey saw its season come to an end on Saturday in game two of the ECAC Quarterfinal Round, falling 5-1 to No. 4 and top-seeded Colgate.
The Bears had their winningest season and advanced to the quarterfinals for the first time in 18 years. Brown concludes the 2023-24 season with a 12-17-3 record, including 7-12-3 in the ECAC, while the Raiders improve to 29-6-1 and advance to the ECAC semifinals.
Junior Cameron Sikich scored for Brown with assists from sophomores India McDadi and Gali Levy.
Scoring for Colgate were sophomores Elyssa Biederman and Sydney Morrow, fifth-year Allyson Simpson, freshman Emma Pais and junior Neena Brick.
Senior Kaley Doyle matched her career high with 50 saves.
Brown will now look forward to the 2024-25 season.
