Women's Lacrosse Closes Homestand Against UMass Lowell

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - No. 23 Brown women's lacrosse closes its four-game homestand on Saturday at 1 p.m. against undefeated UMass Lowell.
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets online at BrownBears.com/tickets prior to their arrival at Stevenson-Pincince Field. Fans should either download their digital tickets to display on a mobile device or print them at home prior to arrival.

Scouting the Bears
- Brown went back-and-forth with No. 8 Notre Dame on Wednesday at home and fell in the final seconds, 16-15.
- Senior Mia Mascone led all players with six goals and added an assist, while seniors Julia Ford and Leah Caputo, and junior Annie Burton each finished with two goals.
- The Bears are ranked eighth in the nation with 16.71 goals per game and seventh in the country with 8.43 assists per game.
- Mia Mascone is up to fifth in the country with 4.43 goals per game and is second in the Ivy League in the category.
- The Bears are outscoring opponents, 117-82, and lead opponents in ground balls (129-80), caused turnovers (59-42), and draw controls (115-104).
- Brown's clearing percentage is back up to fourth in the nation at .943.
- UMass Lowell enters the weekend with an undefeated 8-0 record and is 6-0 on the road.
- The River Hawks rank seventh in the nation in scoring margin, outscoring opponents by 7.88 goals per game.
- UMass Lowell is 18th in the country with an average of 15.38 goals per game.
- Freshman Chloe Bowers leads the team with 25 goals and 28 points, while classmate Jillian Goldie has 17 goals and nine assists and junior Jade Catlin has 21 goals and 25 points. Senior Megan Brockbank is also over 20 points with 14 goals and nine assists.
- In goal, freshman Alexa Kuhn Callahan has a 6.87 GAA and .538 SV% in six appearances.
