Softball Splits Opening Day

MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. – Brown softball (1-1) split its Opening Day games at The Spring Games, run-ruling Le Moyne 11-3 in five innings and falling to Siena 4-3 in eight innings on Friday.
Alexis Guevara (1-0) and Macy Borowski (0-1) combined for 21 strikeouts in the two games, and two Bears hit home runs on Friday in R.O.C. Park.
Jasmine Hsaio went 3-for-4 in the two games and the Bears limited their opponents to just nine hits.
Live stats are not available for any game this weekend and final results will be posted when available.
