Gymnastics to Compete at All-American Podium Challenge on Monday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown gymnastics team will compete at the All-American Podium Challenge on Monday afternoon at 4 p.m. The two-session meet will be held at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Uncasville, Conn. In their session, Brown will face off against West Chester and Bridgeport.
There will be no live scoring or live results available for this meet.

- Competing for the second time this weekend, Brown will take part in the All-American Challenge at Mohegan Sun. The two-session meet will feature Brown, Bridgeport, and West Chester in the session that starts at 4 p.m. The other session will feature LIU, Yale, SCSU and UNH.
- The Bears set a program record on floor (49.250) in Saturday's meet at LIU, surpassing the previous school record of 49.200 which they set twice at the 2022 GEC Championships, then once again just last weekend.
- In Saturday's meet, freshman Lindsey Yang set two new career-highs on both beam and floor (9.850), and for the second straight meet, junior Julia Bedell tied the No. 2 mark in program history on floor (9.925).
- Last Sunday, Brown posted a season-high 194.700, the sixth-highest score in program history. The Bears also tied the then-program record on floor (49.200), which they previously set at the 2022 GEC Championships.
