Women’s Soccer Concludes Regular Season at Dartmouth on Saturday

HANOVER, N.H. - The Brown women's soccer team will wrap up the regular season at Dartmouth on Saturday.
Last Time Out
Brown punched its ticket to the Ivy League Tournament with a 1-0 win over Cornell (Oct. 26), Naya Cardoza's game-winning goal in the 78th minute propelled the Bears to the victory.
Postseason Bound
Brown earned a spot in the Ivy League Tournament for the second consecutive season, last season was the first Ivy League Tournament since 1981.
The Bears will be the No. 3 seed in the tournament, Princeton and Columbia will play on Saturday for the right to host the tournament..
Scouting the Bears (6-3-5, 3-1-2)
Naya Cardoza picked up Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week honors on Monday after her game-winning goal against Cornell. Cardoza and the Bears back line earned their fifth shutout of the season against Cornell and have allowed just one goal over the last four games.
Brown has recorded three shutouts in its last four contests.
Ella Weil ranks fifth in the Ivy League with five goals this season, her five goals ranks first among Ivy League rookies. Weil also ranks third in the Ivy League with 13 points.
Scouting the Big Green (6-6-3, 0-4-2)
The Big Green welcome Brown seeking its first Ivy League win of the 2024 season, Dartmouth hasn't earned a victory since its non-conference finale against UMass Lowell (Sept. 21).
Daisy Granholm leads the Ivy League with seven goals this season.
What's Next
The Ivy League Tournament will begin on Friday, Nov. 8.
