Men's Tennis Has Successful First Day at Dartmouth Invitational

HANOVER, N.H. -Â Brown men's tennis competed for the first time this fall at the Dartmouth Invitational Friday afternoon in Hanover, N.H.
Competing for the Bears this weekend are senior Chun Lam, junior Brian Chong, and sophomores Zander Bravo and Noah Hernandez.
The doubles pair of Bravo and Chong picked up the first victory of the year over Boston University's senior Johann Sajonz and junior Adrian Pawlowski (6-3).
Brown went 3-1 in singles matches, including a couple of come-from-behind victories. Hernandez dropped the first set, 6-2, to Dartmouth's junior Carlos Guerrero Alvarez but bounced back to take the next two, 6-3, 6-4, to take the match. Lam also fell behind to BU's Sajonz in the first set, 6-2, and rallied to take the final two sets, 6-1, 6-0.
Bravo took his match in two sets (7-5, 6-2) over senior Ben Letzer from BU.
Brown continues the Dartmouth Invite on Saturday.
