Men's Hockey Picks Up 12 AHCA All-American Scholars

GLOUCESTER, Mass. – 12 Bears were named AHCA All-American Scholars, announced by the coach's organization on Monday. It marks the second straight season a dozen Bears have picked up the academic honor.
To qualify as an All-American Scholar, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester and had to appear in 40% of the team's games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders. Schools also were required to be members of the AHCA.
Five Bears – Clark, Munro, Plessis, Schlaht, and Sutton – picked up the recognition a season ago. Plessis also picked up the award in 2019-20.
