Brown to Compete at Miami and UMass this Weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Friday and Saturday of this weekend will see the Brown track and field teams competing at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational at the University of Miami, as well as the UMass Flagship Opener.

The Bears have 36 athletes competing in Miami, including 21 women in the sprints, jumps, the heptathlon and two throwing events, while the men have 15 athletes competing in the sprints and jumps.
At UMass, two men will compete in the discus and shot put, while the women will send 10 runners for the mid-distance events and jumps.
