SCOUTING THE BEARS
- Brown enters the game on a six-game win streak. It is the longest winning streak under head coach Monique LeBlanc and the first time since 2017-18 that Brown has won six-straight games.
- The Bears also come into the game having won five-straight games away from home. The longest streak for the Bears since 2017-18.
- Brown will look to shake off the rust as the Bears have not played a game since Dec. 9, when Brown beat New Hampshire by one point. The Bears are 5-0 this season in games decided by five points or less.
- Kyla Jones continues to lead the Bears offense with 16.6 points per game and Grace Arnolie is second on the team with 12.0 points per game.
- San Diego is 4-8 on the year and lost its last two games, falling to Montana and Boise State.
- Only one player is scoring in double-figures for San Diego as Veronica Sheffey is scoring 12.5 points per game on 50 percent shooting from the floor.
- San Diego looks to go inside as the Toreros average just over 10 attempts from three-point range per game. San Diego has made 27 less threes than their opponents this season.
- San Francisco is 3-8 on the season and will play Columbia before taking on Brown on Monday.
- Jasmine Gayles is the leading scorer from San Francisco with 15.3 points per game. Gayles has made a team-high 51 free throws and is shooting 76 percent from the line on the year.
- Debora dos Santos is averaging a double-double on the year with 12.7 points per game and 10.2 rebounds per game.
