Home-and-Home Series With No. 2 Yale On Tap for Women's Hockey

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -Â Brown women's hockey continues its season with a home-and-home against the No. 2 Yale Bulldogs on Thursday on the road and Saturday at home. The Bears split last years season series with the Bulldogs with a 4-1 win at home and a 5-1 loss on the road. Thursday night's game is on NESN+ and TSN along with the regular ESPN+ stream.
The Narragansett Beer Garden will be at Meehan Auditorium for Saturday's game. A complete promotional schedule for the remainder of the women's hockey season can be found HERE.

ALL-TIME SERIES
- Entering Thursday, Brown holds a 62-26-3 record all time against Yale.
- The longest winning streak for the Bears is 35 games spanning from 1988 to 2004.
- Brown picked up a huge win at home last season against then No. 7 Yale on January 28 to break an 11-game losing streak.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
- Yale is having its most successful season in program history with a 15-1-1 record and No. 2 national ranking.
- The Bulldogs are in second place in the ECAC standings behind Quinnipiac with an 8-1-1 conference record.
- Yale tied Cornell (4-4) and lost to Colgate (5-3), but has since won seven straight. The Bulldogs beat Quinnipiac 4-2 on November 4.
- Anna Bargman (9-10-19) and Jordan Ray (8-11-19) lead Yale in goals .
- Elle Hartje is first on the team with 17 assists and adds four goals for a team-leading 21 points.
- Yale is fourth in the nation in scoring defense (1.38) and its goalie Pia Dukaric is third in the country in both goals against average (1.26) and save percentage (.947).
SCOUTING THE BEARS
- Maddie Morgan picked up her second goal of the season with assists from Jade Iginla and India McDadi in a 2-1 loss at No. 11 Clarkson last time out.
- Brown enters the Yale series with a 5-11-1 record and 3-7-0 in the ECAC.
- Madie Stockfish and Anna Gallagher (1-2-3) lead the Bears in their careers against Yale, while Maya Mangiafico (1-1-2) and Cameron Sikich (1-0-1) have put up points as well.
- Iginla (8-4-12) and McDadi (2-5-7) lead the team in points this season, while Anna Hurd (1-4-5), Mangiafico (1-4-5) and Sikich (1-4-5) all have five points.
- Freshman goaltender Mégane Pilon made her third start against Clarkson and came away with 27 saves for a .931 save percentage in that game.
