PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown women's soccer team will take on Oklahoma State this Sunday, Sept. 18 at 1 p.m. CT. It is the second straight year the Bears will take on the Big 12's Cowgirls, having defeated them last season at home by a score of 2-1.
Trailing OSU 1-0, a pair of goals by Rebecca Rosen '21 and Ava Seelenfreund lifted Brown to victory at Stevenson-Pincince Field on Sept. 5, 2021. This time around, the matchup will take place on the Cowgirls' home turf.
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Tickets can be purchased at tickets.okstate.com.

Scouting the #25 Bears (5-1-1)
- Seelenfreund has been unstoppable for the Bears as of late, as her two goals against Providence gave her five over the team's last four games. Her six goals on the season lead the squad and are tied for the top spot in the Ivy League.
- Bella Schopp made her first collegiate start in goal for Brown against the Friars. It was a quiet night for the freshman as she only had to make one stop.
- On the season, the Bears are averaging 2.14 goals per game, while allowing opponents to convert only .71 times per contest.
- The Cowgirls have shown a similar dominance over their opponents as the Bears, putting 2.38 balls in the back of the net per game and only giving up .50. OSU's only loss on the year was a 2-1 setback against Miami. It is the only contest all season that the Cowgirls have given up more than one goal.
- Grace Yochum leads OSU on the season in both goals and points with seven and 15, respectively. She has scored two goals in three straight games.
- Jordan Nytes has started all eight games in goal for the Cowgirls and has posted a .826 save percentage.
- Brown holds the 1-0-0 edge over Oklahoma State all-time as last season was the first-ever meeting between the two sides.
- In fact, last year's game was the first time the Bears had taken on any team from the Big 12, while the same is true for the Cowgirls and the Ivy League.
