Track and Field Set for Ivy League Heps this Weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The postseason is upon as the Brown men's and women's track and field teams are set to compete at the Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships this weekend at Yale.
Entering this weekend, the men's team finds itself ranked nationally in the top 25 in three events in the #EventSquad rankings, including fifth in the javelin (65.60m/215'3), 16th in the triple jump (14.24m/46'9) and 21st in the long jump (7.29m/23'11).
On the women's side in the #EventSquad rankings, Brown sits 11th in the triple jump with an average leap of 12.29 meters (40'3.75).
