Mascone named Ivy Offensive Player of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Mia Mascone of Brown women's lacrosse has been named the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office Monday.
Mascone led the Bears in two games last week with seven goals and two assists for nine points. In the win over Dartmouth, the Irvington, N.Y. native posted career-high totals with five goals and seven points. She also scored two of the Bears' three goals against No. 6 Stony Brook earlier in the week.
Mascone leads the Bears with 20 goals on the season and is second with 25 points. Her point total is tied for third in the Ivy League, while her goals are tied for second. The junior has already set career-high marks in goals, assists, and points this season.
The Bears return to action this Saturday, April 2 at 12 p.m. when they travel to Yale.
