Women’s Lacrosse Resumes Ivy League Play at Columbia on Saturday

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The Brown women's lacrosse team (5-5, 1-2 Ivy) will resume Ivy League play at Columbia (6-4, 0-3 Ivy) on Saturday, Apr. 4 at 1 p.m.
Scouting Brown
Ruby Sliwkowski has 9 points over the last two games. Most recently, Sliwkowski had four points in Brown's non-conference finale win over Vermont (Apr. 1). Sliwkowski leads the Bears in goals (24), assists (17), and points (41), she's also recorded hat tricks in back-to-back games. The junior ranks in the top 10 in the Ivy League in goals per game (2.4), points per game (4.1), and assists per game (1.7).
Mackenzie Conway leads the Ivy League in ground balls per game (2.8). She also ranks third in the Ivy League in saves per game (8.1), and fourth in goals against average (9.07) and save percentage (.474).

Cecelia Messner leads the Ivy League in total points (50), points per game (5.0); she is tied for first in total assists (25). Maddie Brogan leads the Ivy League in total goals (32) and goals per game (3.2). Brogan, Messner, and Anna Becker all rank in the top five in the Ivy League in shots per game.
Ava Kimche leads the Ivy League in ground balls per game (2.67). As a team, the Lions lead the Ivy League in total assists (89) and assists per game (8.9).
History
Brown is 24-2 all-time against Columbia and 2-0 under head coach Katrina Dowd. Last season, the Bears earned a 19-5 win over the Lions at Stevenson-Pincince Field.
