Women's water polo hosts Bruno Classic over the weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's water polo will host the 2022 Bruno Classic from Friday (Feb. 4) to Sunday (Feb. 6). The event features teams from around the nation and Brown will play six games over the three days.
Every game of the Bruno Classic will be streamed on ESPN+ and fans are welcome to see the action live at the Coleman Aquatics Center.
The weekend begins with two matches for Brown on Friday as the Bears play Cal Baptist at 5 p.m. On Saturday, Brown will take on La Salle (10:30 a.m.), Pomona-Pitzer (4:00 p.m.) and Siena (7:00 p.m.).
The Bruno Classic will finish up for the Bears with contests on Sunday against Long Island at 9:00 a.m. and Wagner at 1:30 p.m.

Brown began its season with a 1-3 trip to UC Santa Barbara with a win against Ottawa (Ariz.) to start the season. The Bears also suffered a tough 13-14 loss in overtime to the host Gauchos.
Katie Dvonch and Claire Pisani lead the team with seven goals and Zoe King has six on the year. Siena Berry leads the squad with six assists. Marley Presiado has 41 saves on the season through four games.
