PRINCETON, N.J. – Brown had a halftime lead against No. 9 Princeton but could not hold on to the lead, falling to the Tigers 12-8 on Saturday (Oct. 2). Three Bears finished with two goals in the game.
Connor Enright, Leo Berkman and Ben Kirshon each netted two goals in the loss. Ugo Piovan finished the game with nine blocks in goal.
"This was a tough loss for us. I am proud of how we battled but we need to finish better," said head coach Felix Mercado. We had too many errors away from the ball. We need to bounce back tomorrow because it doesn't get easier."
