Women’s Swimming & Diving Set for Ivy League Championships

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown women's swimming and diving team will compete at the Ivy League Championships Wednesday, Feb. 20 through Saturday, Feb. 23 at DeNunzio Pool on the campus of Princeton.
Wednesday night will be the finals for the 200 medley relay and the 800 freestyle relay starting at 6:04 p.m. Thursday through Saturday will be full days will prelims at 11:00 a.m. and finals beginning at 6:04 p.m. The preliminaries and finals from Thursday through Saturday will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
The Bears compiled a 3-3 Ivy dual meet record this season with wins over Dartmouth, Penn and Cornell. Freshman Miku Takabayashi (Glastonbury, Conn.) broke the 200 IM program record at the Bruno Invite with a time of 2:01.19. A relay team of senior Maddie Salesky (San Rafael, Calif.), sophomore Tory Center (Madison, Wis.), sophomore Taylor Seaman (Brighton, Mich.) and junior Marley Cross (Seattle, Wash.) also tied a school mark in the 200 freestyle relay (1:31.21) at the Bruno Invite as well.
