PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown men's and women's track & field teams opened the indoor season on Saturday as the Bears hosted the Alden Invitational and competed at the Boston University Season Opener.
"A lot of good things happened today--some really strong performances for December," said head coach Tim Springfield. "Obi Ifediora had a huge breakthrough in the 60 which was very exciting. Just as important, we established that we are going to bring a lot of intensity every time we compete. That was palpable today."
