Pipatjarasgit, Howell Earn Brown Student-Athlete of the Week Honors

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Women's golf freshman Pinya Pipatjarasgit and men's soccer senior forward Toby Howell have earned Brown University Athletics Student-Athlete of the Week honors for the period of Oct. 8-15, Brown announced on Monday.
Pinya Pipatjarasgit, Women's Golf, Freshman, Sylvania, Ohio
Freshman Pinya Pipatjarasgit registered a fourth-place individual finish at the Brown Bear Invitational at Ledgemont Country Club in Seekonk, Mass., this past week. A native of Sylvania, Ohio, Pipatjarasgit totaled a two-round score of 145 – one over par – with a first-round score of 70 and a second-round score of 75. She led the 70-player field after the first day of competition.
Toby Howell, Men's Soccer, Senior, Bradenton, Fla.
Senior forward Toby Howell scored the game-winning goal in double overtime to lift Brown men's soccer to a 1-0 Ivy League victory over Harvard on Saturday night at Stevenson-Pincince Field. A native of Bradenton, Fla., Howell hit a one-timed shot from the edge of the goal area into the back of the net in the 103rd minute after receiving a pass from the left side from junior midfielder Daniel Schiller.
