Men's and Women's Squash Compete In CSA Individuals

The CSA Individual Championships mark the conclusion of the college squash season. Players compete as individuals representing Brown and one player was able to return with silverware - Mina Shakarshy '15, who won the First Round Consolation Final in the Holleran Cup by winning a total of five matches, culminating with a win in a tightly contested four game final against Madeline Tomlinson from Yale, 12-10,10-12,11-5, 11-8.
Both Talbott and Hay-Smith competed admirably with each player having at least one match that stood out. Hannah Hay-Smith won a wonderful match v. the Drexel #3 winning in five close games 11-5,6-11,11-7,9-11,11-9. Talbott's best performance (after defeating the Dickinson #1) was against the very strong Colby #1 who defeated Talbott in four close games.
