Fife Advances to Quarterfinals at ITA Regionals; Klanke Wins Singles Backdraw

NEW HAVEN, CT – Seven members of the Brown men's tennis team competed at the ITA Northeast Regionals over the weekend. Freshman Sam Fife (Scarsdale, NY) led the team, advancing to the singles quarterfinals, while sophomore Timmy Klanke (Potomac, MD) won five straight singles matches to claim the singles backdraw. Senior Kendrick Au (St. John's, NF), sophomores Mike Hill (Topsham, ME) and Tom Deighton (London, England), and freshman Brandon Burke (Kingston, Jamaica) all also won at least one singles match over the weekend.
