
Men’s Tennis Closes 2026 Season with 7-0 Defeat at No. 38 Princeton

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Brown men's tennis team (15-14, 0-7 Ivy) closed its 2026 season with a 7-0 loss at No. 38 Princeton (16-10, 2-6 Ivy), 0-7, on Sunday afternoon.
In doubles, Ivan Sodan and Elliot Wasserman were edged by Paul Inchauspe and Fnu Nidunjianzan, 7-6, at the top spot. Zander Bravo and Noah Hernandez fell to Aleksandar Mitric and Evan Wen, 6-4, while Cole Oberg and Lukas Phimvongsa topped Sebastian Sec and Meecah Bigun (Princeton), 7-6.
In singles play, Sodan was defeated by ranked No. 14 Inchauspe, at the first line in a three-set match, 6-3, 0-6, 1-6; Phimvongsa fell in his match to Nidunjianzan, 4-6, 2-6. Hernandez battled in three sets but fell short against Sec, 2-6, 6-3, 1-6. Robert Yang was topped by Mitric, 4-6, 2-6. Wasserman dropped at the fifth line to Markovits, 3-6, 0-6, and Zander Bravo dropped his match to Jordan Reznik, 4-6, 1-6.
