PROVIDENCE, RI - Brown women's soccer assistant coach, Denis

its inductees at its 32nd Annual Induction Ceremony on November 1,
2009 at the Riviera Inn in East Providence, RI. The ceremony will
commence at noon. With Chartier's coming induction, all three
members of the Brown women's soccer coaching staff will be in the
New England Soccer Hall of Fame, as head coach Phil Pincince was
inducted in 1996 and assistant coach Luis Faria was inducted in
2006.
Joining Chartier in the 2009 Class are: former New York Cosmos
player Carlos Carlos, Franklin Youth Soccer coach and referee

Included in the 14-win season were nine consecutive victories
spanning from September 9 to October 4, the program's longest
winning streak. The Anchorwomen also shattered the program record
for single-season goals (51), assists (47), and points (149).
Recognized as an outstanding teacher, he was the head coach of the
RI-USA Strikers from 2001-2003 and an assistant coach with the

school. While in Germany, he played for the European All-Star team
(1975-1977).
Chartier, who holds a USSF "B" coaching license, earned a
