Matt Kirkpatrick joined the Brown Athletic Training staff in March 2024. He serves as an athletic trainer with Men’s Water Polo and Track and Field.
Prior to Brown, Kirkpatrick spent eight seasons with New England Revolution (MLS) - six years as the first team’s Rehabilitation Coordinator and Assistant Athletic Trainer. Kirkpatrick originally joined the club as an Academy Athletic Trainer in 2017 and 2018, before ascending to the role of Assistant Athletic Trainer from 2019-21. He has also worked as an athletic trainer at Saucon Valley High School in Pennsylvania from 2015-2017.
A native of Pennsylvania, Kirkpatrick graduated from Neumann University in 2014, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training.
