TJ Dudley – a 2016 NCAA finalist and three-time NCAA All-American at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln – enters his third season as an assistant coach with the wrestling program in 2023-24.
Dudley placed in the top-eight at 184 pounds at the NCAA Championships as a sophomore, junior, and senior, earning All-American status in all three seasons. He finished as high as second place at 184 pounds at the 2016 NCAA Championships.
A four-time NCAA qualifier (2014-17) and three-time Big Ten placer (2015-17), Dudley twice won Nebraska’s Most Outstanding Wrestler Award (2016 and 2017). The 2016 Nebraska Male Athlete of the Year finished his collegiate career with a 114-31 overall record.
A native of Irmo, S.C., and an All-American at Irmo High School, he concluded his high school career with a 191-17 record. Dudley graduated with a degree in Psychology from Nebraska in 2017.
