2024: Appearing in 15 games while making five starts, Grant-Clavijo’s lone goal of the 2024 season came against Indiana (Sept. 1). Grant-Clavijo’s lone assist of the 2024 campaign came at Northeastern (Sept. 19), She played a total of 585 minutes.

2023: Saw action in 15 games while making two starts. Miya’s two starts came in the NCAA Tournament first round against Quinnipiac (Nov. 11) and second round against Mississippi State (Nov. 17). Scored a season-high two goals in Brown’s 4-3 win at Central Connecticut State (Aug. 27). Her two goals helped the Bears overcome a two-goal deficit against the Blue Devils. Grant-Clavijo also scored the game-winning goal against Rhode Island (Sept. 17), to earn a 1-0 victory. Helped Brown win its fourth consecutive and league-leading 16th ivy league title.

2022: Played in 17 games, starting 12 ... Scored four goals for eight points on the year ... Scored the game-winning goals agaisnt both Hofstra (Sept. 4) and Dartmouth (Sept. 24) ... Helped Brown win its third straight and league-leading 15th Ivy League Title.

2021: Played in all 16 games, starting four ... Third on the team with four goals ... Added one assist for nine points on the year ... Recorded two game-winning goals against Rhode Island (Sept. 2) and Northeastern (Sept. 19) ... Scored first collegiate goal in 4-0 win over Holy Cross (Aug. 29) ... Played for Team Canada at 2022 CONCACAF Women's U20 Championship ... Helped Brown win its second straight and league-leading 14th Ivy League title.

Before Brown: Participated in Canada’s U17 National Team Camps in May 2019, September 2019, and December 2019; scored first international goal at the U17 level against Mexico in December 2019 … Participated in Canada’s U15 National Team Camp in April 2017 … Competed on the club level for Unionville Milliken Soccer Club for head coach Paul Omoghan and for the Regional Excel Program for head coach Brandon Frith … Honor Roll student.

Personal: Miya is the daughter of Tammy Grant and Alvaro Clavijo; Alvaro boxed professionally … Has four younger siblings, Allie, Torrie, Miguel, and Gabriel … Entered Brown undecided on a concentration.

Why Brown? “When I first looked into Brown, I was drawn in by the unique and outstanding academic curriculum offered at the university. However, it wasn't until I got a feel for the campus environment that I realized Brown was the perfect fit. I had the best experience with the players and coaching staff, and I am beyond excited to become a part of the women's soccer team.”
