Fong joined the Brown Athletics staff in Fall 2022 and works as an athletic trainer for the equestrian, gymnastics, and volleyball teams on College Hill. Fong joins the Bears staff after spending more than five years across town at Providence College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Fong has also made stops at Bryant and Central Connecticut State.

A 2014 graduate of UConn with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, Fong earned her Masters in Exercise Science from Central Connecticut State in 2017. Fong is currently a member of the Rhode Island Athletic Trainers' Association and the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
