2025 Outdoor: Competed at seven meets...Tied the eighth fastest mile run time in school history (4:09.74) at the Sean Collier Invitational...A part of the distance medley relay team that set the ninth fastest time in school history (9:52.99) at the Penn Relays.

2024-2025 Indoor: Competed at four meets...Apart of the eighth-fastest distance medley relay team in Brown history (9:51.29), placing fourth at Ivy League Heps...Set personal records in the mile (4:10.62), 3000 meter (8:30.13) and 1000 meter (2:26.05).

2024 Outdoor: Competed on a team that finished the fourth fastest 4x800 meter relay in school history at Ivy League Outdoor Heps with a time of 7:25.68.

Before Brown: All-section, all-county and all-league honoree…State XC meet runner-up…Graduated as the Savannah Country Day school record holder in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 5K, and the 4x800m relay.

Personal: Son of Kathleen and David Ryan…Has an older sister, Kaitlin and older brother, Sean…His sister competed in track and field at Stanford and Notre Dame, his brother ran at SUNY Oneonta, and his father ran at William & Mary.
